PEER LEADERSHIP

We equip teen girls with the tools and resources to organize and facilitate school and community meetings, workshops, service projects, and events for girls' empowerment.

OUR PROGRAMS

WHERE EVERY GIRL LEADS

BEE Club Inc. is committed to eliminating educational barriers and advocating for female students, particularly Black girls and girls of color. Our innovative HIVE School Leadership Model provides a safe and collaborative space for teen girls to work with school and community partners to access leadership and mentoring opportunities, develop their leadership skills, and plan activities that empower girls in their schools and communities. With three school programs per year, we work to empower girls to become agents of change who make a positive impact on the world.

BEE COMING LEADERS

School Leadership Recruitment & Chapter Development Program

The BEE Coming Leaders Program is a year-long leadership training experience that transforms teen girls and school professionals into trailblazing champions who go on to build girl powerhouses at their schools! Following the program, rising BEE Club leaders are prepared to promote and facilitate girls' leadership development programs in their communities.

Girls' Leadership Development & Peer Leader Training Camp

BEE Leader Camp is a one-week leadership program that empowers BEE Club Peer Leaders and School Advisors to become the ultimate girls' leadership team, learning to call the shots, work as a team, and solve problems like bosses. This camp helps girl leaders build self-confidence, find their voice, and harness their power to make a lasting difference in their communities.

Peer-Led Leadership & Life Skills Curriculum for Teen Girls

The BEE Code is an all-inclusive, peer-led educational initiative that provides teen girls with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in every aspect of their life. From excelling in academic pursuits to navigating social circles, this program empowers young women with life hacks and strategies to conquer their personal and professional worlds.

BOUND TO BEE

Scholarship Program for Teen Girls Pursuing Higher Education

The Bound to BEE Scholarship Program is designed to help young women overcome financial barriers and achieve their fullest potential through secondary and post-secondary educational enrichment opportunities. With $500 scholarships, we aim to assist young women in pursuing higher learning, forging their own paths, and living the lives they dream of.

BEE Club Inc.'s Alumnae & Community Relations Committee was formed in 2020 to further engage with BEE Club Inc.’s key stakeholders and the communities we serve by advocating for the organization’s mission to empower teen girls to activate their personal power and world impact. We work to build and strengthen BEE Club's relationships with donors and strategic partners to further support girls' leadership development in Georgia.
